Swine Flu - When will you become worried?

    http://www.stuff.co.nz/world/swine-f...l-rises-to-ten

Swine Flu death toll is now at 10. I'm still not worried enough to start wearing masks or isolating myself yet...

What will it take for you to become worried?

When otherwise healthy children start dying in large numbers

(Around 400 people die from the usual seasonal flu each year in NZ)

Shit, with those odds they better start putting something in our food chain to combat this rampant pandemic

At the time of this post, Statistics (http://www.stats.govt.nz/populationclock.htm) estimate the population of New Zealand to be 4,319,002. So in answer to your question, I shall be quite concerned when the death toll reaches 4,319,001.

So it is true, you DO prefer to masturbate than have sex! Unless you prefer animals...

When this dreaded swine flu kills more people than regular influenza, I might actually listen to the shit about it on the news, otherwise, its just naff.

On the current stats, I'd rather get swine flu than "normal" flu!

    Bring it on, I say!
The more news about swine flu, the less there is about the 'recession'. The less news abiout the recession, the better. People forget we're having one and go back to spending a little more...gotta be good for business...and my pocket could do with some relief right now.

Funny you say that, there are alot of companies, mostly cleaning and hygiene type companies are loving this! As are the chemists, pharmaceuticals (sp?) etc etc. Recession, what recession...

    Everyone's so negative...

    Yip and Yip.....
Swine flu has not killed anyone yet in NZ....it doesn't help getting it when you already have and debilitating illness, but then, any bad case of the good old normal flu kills people each year here in Aotearoa, which is why the Flu Jab was introduced years ago, to keep the death rate down right?...

Yes yes I know....10 have died, but what im saying is, Swine wasnt the cause, it certainly helped though.
