No not a stupid question, but no there aren't any road fairings that come with this bike.

I do however have a 2009 R1 that comes with more than just the fairings that you could acquire

BTW...it sounds like the bike below (the R1)

even though there arent any road fairings I can't imagine that it'd be too hard to acquire some road fairings,... but dont trust maself with an R1 hehe
