Yeah, unfortunately out ride was not planned to go anywhere near that. I think there are other who plan on heading back up over summer so perhaps one of them might...

that's ok, we don't mind if it's still there or some where else we can still pick it up whether going north or south

because of a new work commitment we need to back down here by 1st of April so need the tag on it's way south by the 20th March,
Kerikeri, Ohaeawai, Kaikohe any where along that line would be great or further south

I will move it If everyone is OK with it going South without having reached the Cape. With work commitments in Auckland now for me, taking the tag from Opo to the Cape is not an option for me. But willing to pickup from Opo and take it to South of Auckland.

best we stick to the game if not picked up & moved, will just have to do a day trip from Kamo to daggs etc... then back down the East

Having missed the TT2000 this year seems like I ought to have a bit of a ride sometime soon. I guess I can bring it a little south of where it is via a scenic northern route. Haven't seen the lighthouse in over 40 years

And with Shrek and I both in the North Island, but with seperate timetables, over March - April, its a good time for a tag team effort to move it south once again.

Leaving here either Thursday or Friday next week and arriving in Hamilton on Sunday. Nothing planned from there except for being at Uni from Monday morning to Friday evening each week, Then leaving Hamilton on Friday 4th April and due home no later than midday Tuesday 8th. That gives me 3 weekends for cruising around, but I hate Auckland so will probably stay around Waikato or Bay of Plenty.

looks like about 1/2 to a k short, but ask Rach & see if it's close enough to where she took the pic, coz I think most will agree it will do

I was going north from Dargaville so maybe half a k too far, the photo was taken from a rest area well before (south of) Opononi . Didn't take a photo further north as got too late to do Cape and return which I want to do. I will do the ride again but this time ensure I meet the ferry timetable to go north.
