Ok, ok! Yeah it is is a horney instrument for sure. But a purist will insist it is wood wind. Navy bands versus brass bands is another good example. Brass is brass, military is quite another thing. Where the hell is McJim when you need him? I even heads him up about this thread

First date with the Co-pilot was to see Issac Hayes.

I wore a three piece wool suit, silk tie and monogrammed silk shirt - and we went on my XS1100. And he had a full orchestra and lots of horns.

Q: How many visitors to an Art Gallery does it take to change a light globe?

A: Two. One to change the globe and one to say 'my four year old could have done that.' :-)

Benny Goodman! More Cartoon gold. Ya gotta get hot to play real cool.

Cor BD, you of all people should know the rich tapestry of communication, encompassing art and music is subjective...

Come-onnnnn can't you feel the heat and the energy? Woooohooo! Love it!!!

Actually mixing cross beats and instruments is not as easy as you'd think!!
My bro-inlaw is a note reading man, skilled in bass, accoustic and electric guitar, and drums, and he had a go at the decks for a while, he mastered it, but very very tricky...

Anyway, as you were, on with the show....

Yeah, the old quotes can be a bit difficult to handle...

But mostly because the idiotic text selection tool insists on grabbing the ] in the initial quote tag when you try to select parts of the quoted post's content for deletion.

All good - I knew you would engage in the correct spiwit.

Where is the suffering? The hardship, the triumph of spirit over adversity, the learned skill, the RSI the 'hardness' - that's where the energy comes from.
