It's true...keeps it taught. That's why Joan Collins has a neck like a manky old turkey....obviously never received enough pearl necklaces.

Get yourself an AloeVera plant.looks like a sort of cacti.
When in need break off a bit and rub the juice into said crack/s.They will stop hurting in minutes and heal much quicker. This works on almost any sort of itch, burn, abrasion, sunburn even, natures little helper.I've a garden full of it.

Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream is kick ass! It's about $30 but it lasts forever (well maybe not FOREVER!) but I've had mine for about 3 years now, my mum always used to have it. Fucking excellent for dry chapped lips, or to prevent dry lips when riding, itchy bites, cracked heels, hands etc. It's quite greasy, but man it works!!

I got myself a HUGE tub of Aqueous Cream from the supermarket, 500ml pot was about $6, and I Love it!! It's made my hands a lot better, and I've taken to rubbing it on other places too, like elbows and knees etc. Thanks for the recommendations!

According to the Urban Dictionary you can make that stuff yourself, and as stated above you already have half the ingredients.......

Took my carb apart to clean it and cleaned my fuel lines and filter, and before I started I put a pair of the gloves I bought on. What a huge difference! I'm not suffering today with dry cracked hands and my bathroom isn't filthy from washing all the crap off in the sink. The gloves can be used again, so even at $20 for a box of 20 it's not too bad.
Thanks for all the help everyone. Must get me an Aloe Vera plant too.
