Achievement is not always success while reputed failure often is. It is honest endeavor, persistent effort to do the best possible under any and all circumstances.

Story of the Blues - Gary Moore. Arguably the best solo in pop music and they cut it every time.

The fade on Sultans of Swing is often lamentable too.

Same with Still Got the Blues - bastards fade it out when the guitar solo kicks in.

    ROCKIN ROLLIN MAN.
The 'Sharpies' used to come in from Fairfield and Cabramatta. Croats who 'vant to know you'. They wore cowboy boots with pointy toes and carried razor blades and bad mullets and all they wanted was to act tough and fight. Hangin on a corner near the dance.

Me and the other locals used to just go to the dance, walk on by - to some abuse - but we were off to see Hush, AC/DC, Sports, JoJo Zep, Russel Morris, Sherbet (for the babes), Mondo Rock, man they all played Hurstville - every Saturday night.

Every now and then a convoy of Blue singletted and flannelet 'Normies' would come in from Campbelltown and accommodate the Sharps and pitched battles were fought in the car park of the White Horse Hotel.

I learned some of my best insults by watching.
    This happened pretty regularly.

30 years later it's 'Cronulla riots'.

Sounds like a Rose tattoo song, was Angry kicking around the same area?

Back when I was a lad fighting was common inside and outside the pubs, In fact, It still is in dear old Wanganui.
