Hey there LOR's, was mighty kind of you all to allow our small band of Blast From The Past riders to come along and join in the fun.
We had a great day and a brilliant ride, those roads are awesome and will be travelled again by the BFTP riders one of these days.
Really did enjoy meeting up with some of you again and meeting others who I didn't know, names and faces don't always stick but these sorts of rides help alot.
Once again, cheers for the company and a great day out.
We'll be back to the Mighty Waikato soon.
The clouds were "racing" across the sky and the old sun was "fanging" it to keep up, but the weather held and everyone got home safe , glad of that I am.
Every day above ground is a good day!:

I gotta say, those old school bikes are brilliant! Big upright fairings. HUUUUGE indicators. Fantastic stuff.

Only a couple of bikes showed up for todays proposed ride so it has been re-scheduled for next week when hopefully the weather is better

Harden up you lot, lol. We of the Blast From The Past riders rode today on our first anniversary ride, we mustered 11 bikes from all over.
no one went home early and the rain though at times very heavy didn't stop us enjoying a great ride and fine company. We kicked off at 9am this morning and finished up at out usual spot at about 3pm.
You are all invited to come ride with us any ol time you'd like.
