Forget Lotto-go to the Treaty of Waitangi Office

Far better odds, bigger prizes--Just manipulate a bit of white political guilt and /or voting opportunity and sit back a wait for the prizes to roll in. Tickets free--must have grievance facial expression in public all the times, especially when tv around and a handful of very old historical bits of paper or flax to use as tickets.

Yeah but it's not sustainable long-term. Everyone is going to get sick of that. They better make sure they get a fat wad of cash the first time.

"What Steve said pretty much summed it up."
"I did axactly as you said and it worked...!!"
    "Wow, Great advise there DB."
