Hi, If you have trouble with the hair dryer try eucalyptus oil it is available from super markets I use to use this to get labels off the trolly handles, it soaks into the sticker and with quite a bit of rubbing the top layer comes off then it removes the glue without damaging the paint. Then I could suggest where to stick the bottle if you ever find who did it. Vern.
