The bike in Auckland is $400,000 - in the rest of the country it's probably worth a third of that!

The name doesn't match the bike; apart from yellow paint, there's nothing remotely Lamborghini-esque (or even Italian) about it.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Yes, I went in and had a chat with the lady in the Lambo shop. NZ$400,000. Apparently it cost US$200,000 to build. Seems a bit far-fetched to me. Dunno what that money would've gone into.

The bike is yuck. I've seen nice custom choppers, but that ain't one of them.

Stuff that, for that price you coul dbuy a decent Lambo car and a new Ducatti 1198 or R1 or whatever your chosen stallion might be. What a waste of coin.

I actually think it doesn't look too bad except for the colour.

For $400,000 i could get a couple of very nice sports bikes, a couple of bigger cruisers, a couple of dirt bikes ... and a lot more ... bugger spending it on one bike!!

that was cutting edge custom chopper, what three or so years ago? then people realised the economy had tanked, that anyone with money could buy something similar, and that they SUCK TO RIDE: great big hairtrigger V twin that doesnt run nicely at low revs, a huge wide tyre and long wheelbase that mean it doesnt work like a bike should, and to sully the name of Lamborghini with it? WRONG WRONG WRONG.

Hopefully there isnt the money round these days for some fucktard to buy it. Like, the people who would be attracted to the abortion would now be dead in a gutter somewhere, I hope.

    Bah! Humbug!

Interesting that the action in the US custom scene is bobbers/performance inspired stuff/ratbikes and baggers. They all at least can be made to do what a motorbike does.!

$400,000 for an un-authentic lambo bike? Geez just get a Gallardo for that...

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.
