    Transponder repair

For anyone who ends up needing AMB transponder repair here is the place to go:

    http://www.transponderservices.com/

He is in Oz. Don't bother with AMB, they will only want to sell you a new one.

I think most of the time it is the battery crapping out. AMB won't replace the battery, they will just sell you a new transponder. But the guy above will replace the battery for around $100. Better than $600+ for a new transponder.
