Sunday 3rd, Albany to Wellsford

I've arranged a ride with a few mates and thought i'd post it up here if anyone wants to come along.
It'll be medium paced
Meet: Caltex at Albany Megacentre
Time:1030
Will be riding out towards riverhead, then up old north road to kaukapakapa, and on to wellsford via SH16

Great ride today HDTboy, thanks for the organisation! Weather was glorious, road surface in good condition, little other traffic, and a good bunch of competant riders to be with.

The meeting place was a bit contradictory since Caltex have put a service station at both ends of the Albany Megacentre?? So different members of the group (7 riders total) were split up at both sites until we realised that there was two!!

We lost one in the group who lagged behind from the start and then disappeared? After waiting for him for a few mins at the intersection of Old North & Peak Rds I concluded that he didn't know the roads very well and ended up taken a different route? If you're reading this mate we're sorry we got separated but that happens on these group rides sometimes. There'll be a next time!
