    I work alone mostly

long drives in the sticks, poor old ute has done 6000k since may 20, mostly only get AM radio, so national, newstalk, and radio live are my friends, I often find myself yelling at some of the idiots that ring up.
on the odd time I have a helper, they usually give up trying to communicate......
Was the same when I was in sole charge at a coldstore on occasion, you could go 3 weeks witout seeing a soal, or hearing the phone ring.

I enjoy working alone, particurly when I can just get on with the job, and don't have to, deal with other peoples, politics and agendas.

I like working alone and so so mostly.

If your not entertaining enough to entertain yourself then others probably would find you boring anyhow.

Nearly all men can stand adversity and hard time, but if you want to test a mans true character, give him power....

That song is really sad today as an old friend just called in and to chat as her son had just committed suicide (funny enough so did his father!) and she was arranging his funeral. Normally this would not have affected me but today....

On the subject of working alone, well i kinda do and think that if I didn't have to interact with people i would find a nice song or two to listen to OR when i have a break, I could catch up with people watching at a cafe or roadside somewhere. Not that i have stalking tendencies or anything but well it would be nice every once in a while to chill out and not chatter to any one else except those little voices in my head!
AND i just heard on a radio/TV station that if you exercise your face you too can look like Madonna (who apparently hasn't had any Botox/surgery - well yeah!!), so making faces, twisting your mouth from side to side, adopting the "scream" position apparently is good for your facial muscles! SO you could do this all uninterrupted and WOW, you too could have Madonna's face!!

    Sounds like work bliss!
If it wasn't for a concise set of rules, we might have to resort to common sense!
