Right! Team we've got two maps... and I can only be bothered maintaining one. So either someone else picks up the reins or you choose to drop the Google Maps one below.

Here's a current one

• Built in Google Maps
• Separate process to build and maintain

Here's the other one

• Built in Picasa as photos are uploaded
• No additional effort required

The Picasa map is created and updated automagically as each photo is geotagged. Much simpler than maintaining a separate Google Map. As it is I only update the Google Map in batches every now and then.

I'm all for making it simple - it is a pain updating both. Just can't seem to work out a way to get that map onto the website...

Mmmm, well if ya ask me the picasa is the one but it is very slow loading compared to the current map, for me at least.
