Figured that's where it was. I trolled PN and Manawatu golf courses (and all the streets nearby) last night and concluded it was somewhere in TCOL. Unfortunately for me the security guys were doing their patrol and noticed me (acting suspiciously?). I didn't stop for a chat and missed the tag. So where's the next one?

whats wrong with taking a pic? is was taken from teh roadside so they shouldnt have any problems, maybe thier suspision was aroused by someone on a angry looking bike taking photos previously though.

I was also conscious of noise on a quiet campus. I didn't know whether there might be dormitories there... it was after 11pm on a school night.
