is that 3 mins with traffic? including red lights ect?
or 3 mins at 50km/h? that would give us about 833 meters in any direction from the square, there is lots of dark alleys within 833 meters from the square, i found about 10 of them but nun looked like this.
or is it 3 mins going flat out, cos that would make the search area way bigger
