Christian Pl, St Pauls Ct, St Albans Ave, Daniel Pl, Abraham Cres, Church St, Cross St, David St, Matthews Ave, Joseph St, nada!
3b. The area it's in has a few things around to do with young people
Parks, schools, playgrounds, sports fields, nada!

I give up. Will be interested to see where this one is.
