Here's another way to compare them - again subjectively.

Looking at them again subjectively then photo 1's building is alike not to much diff in placement, as to in photo 2. But with the bikes in photo 1 my one slightly more out of linement, where as photo 2 the bikes look alike, your one almost its shadow.

You forgot to mention that the tag has to be re-created exactly. You can substitute Sparkles bike for another one but the others need to be in the picture too...
