Dropped Spada: How much to fix?

Gidday Folks,
Can anyone tell me how much you think parts would cost to fix this? If you know who's best to call in CHCH for parts then that would be just as good. I'm by no means a mechanic, obviously, but I know someone who will work for beer.

definitely need a tig welder and ones that welds aluminium
a replacement lens indicator shouldent be any hassle
the trusty sparda are still quite popular
you could also try and get after market mirror bracket if you cant afford the brake assembly replacement
my partners gn250 was 550 bux
but a mirror bracket was 40

I dont think you can weld that alloy break (hopefully wrong).

I'd get down the breakers yard asap.

The hand brake lever and indicator should easy see you change from $100.

Don't know about the foot peg bracket, I've never broken one of those..

That foot peg is made from "rubbish metal", some one could TIG weld it but I wouldnt trust it. Find a certified welder that knows about welding and they will be able to weld it with the correct filler. Its not alloy as such....its the stuff Hyosungs are made out off.

I would say your better bet would be to hunt around for a 2nd hand unit, perhaps a CBR unit would fit? Have you got a buddy that works with a milling machine?

Budget Motorcycles would be your best bet in Chch,if I remember the name properly...they have a fair bit of stuff on trademe.
Several folk have recommended www.econhonda.co.nz as they specialise in hard to find honda bits & are very well priced too.
I think a standard vtr 250 brake bit will bolt right on.
