Hey all you New Plymouth riders out there, we need help.

Does anyone know of a rental property or house for sale with following assets:

Price: Up to $200,000 (to buy) or up to $350 p/w (rent)
Location: New Plymouth district
Garage: Definitely to house bikes
Fully Fenced: To fence in our 2 german shephards.
Availability: Immediately available as rental if possible

If anyone knows of anything that might be available it would be great to hear from you.

I'll get back to ya, my sis in law just vacated a nice house out there, fully fenced, allowed to keep a Lab and quite reasonably priced.

Thanks matey, but we've managed to find a rental that will take the dogs in Bell Block, apparently it's reasonably priced, fully fenced and close to the beach so we'll be good for a while.

We'll have a flat warming so keep an eye out for time and location.
