Achievement is not always success while reputed failure often is. It is honest endeavor, persistent effort to do the best possible under any and all circumstances.

We had the same thing at school with SADD (students against drunk driving) was quite a good display, although they should have got a bit more money so they could use fake blood instead of Watties tomato sauce!

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Yea, the budget's a bit tight mate! Still a fake blood thingy would cost the same as a few cans of sauce! The kids are doin a great job though!! Well done!

We had a SADD display yesterday locally. Sounds like the kids ate up all the handouts!!! Luckily we have LOTS!

Yeah, one of our teenagers came home with a SADD balloon! Of all things :P Fancy giving balloons to teenagers! LOL

Any rate, I think the message must be delivered at home first, then backed up by these campaigns. Sadly, I think just the campaign alone will have limited success. Lets hope I'm wrong though........

You're 100% right hun, no point delivering a message if the ole man (or lady!) happily drives round drunk eh!?

Which is why I designed a Contract which pulls parent and teen together!

IMO, I believe some of this stuff does reach kids because I've seen it.

I use music, a video, and a display. If I'm mentally prepared, I'm able to speak.
    See. Hear. Touch. Know.

Those senses become affected. Just my opinion anyway.

Kids do laugh at the fake stuff, but when it's real, there is no laughing!
