There was a news story a few years back where a guy in a Porsche 911 Turbo was too quick for the Police to stop and each time they got close to stopping him, he would cross the county line.
They closed the motoway and out a helicopter down infront of him. The cop pilot thanked him for stopping as he wasn't authorised to give chase.
They shoud have invested in a tank.
