    Just download Photoshop. It's piss easy. Use the Animation feature, then once you've created your beastie, you use the Save For Web & Devices feature.

    no, computers fail at me.

    well atleast the HDD is still under warranty, which is good considering it's spent half my ownership over in singapore for repairs already, BUT it's the worst possible time for this to happen - I need my machine running.

    Just how my last one went bad right as exams started last year, too.

    I've only had one hard drive ever go bad on me. And that was a samsung iirc.
