Sure, you may not have lost a drive yet... I have.

2x 320gb in raid 1 for primary, and 4x 1tb in raid 5 is my set up.
Indeed, but I had to do something with all these 320's I had left over from my old Raid5!
The Raid0 partition is strictly operating system and programs I've installed as well as all other data I don't care if I lose.
My User's files like documents, settings, my pictures, saved games whatever are all stored on the Raid1. If I lost one of my hard drives in the raid0 tomorrow, it would just be a matter of reinstalling the OS and pointing it to the spot on the raid1 where I have everything and hey presto, my docs, desktop, settings etc are all back.

Jafa: Your raid5 was an inherently bad idea. It was a linux SOFTWARE raid5 running on dodgy hardware where hard drives may or may not be connected at any one time.
    You deserved everything you got!

Wait, wtf are we hashing for?

Also, fuck facebook, but I'm pretty dead-set on coming.
Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.

I joined myspace once, hasn't been touched in like 3 years ha ha.
Well, my small collection of shit is small. Maybe 400gb of movies, 100gb games etc.

DC is just much more efficient. Means you can search across all computers and also queue lots of stuff up without having to worry about them restarting etc etc

Also bear in mind that most larger sharers don't Windows-share our .iso's.

You will need a direct connect client to leech mine, fr'instance.

Plus I may be enforcing a minimum share on the hub.
