    Thanks KG and Toto

Need to get me my back protector now! Hope riding with steel cap work boots will be OK.

By the way how are you guys carrying your extra fuel? pack rack? My VTR will last approx 270-290kms on a full tank. It most likely would not last that much during ART day. Plus I will be riding to the event and not using trailer. Any suggestions? I am sure there will be a petrol station not too far off (?)

Mate, if you or anybody else wants kit/fuel taking down I'm happy to accomodate. Just Pm me with your phone number and I'll ring you with my address for dropping stuff round.

Just make sure the boots cover your ankles. My Honda CBR600 does about 240km's before the fuel light comes on. I fill it up at the local service station just before I enter, and found it lasted the day for me.

You could always exit the track at lunch time if you really needed to to get some more fuel.

ok, so im signed up for this one, in novice slow (personally don't want to look like an arse being constantly passed and clearly out of my depths) and also cause novice fast is full... but also cause I am not riding my gixer (not insured for track days) but will be riding dpex's yam, so will be looking forward to a great day at the track! see you all in a week!

    Dont leave it......book it!
There will be room in groups to move around after a session or two.

I'm in! First time on Puke since my wee oopsie. I'm in novice slow - thought about novice fast, but going to ease back into my favourite track.

You'll be in Novice Slow for about 3s. Best you ask them to keep you a slot free in Novice Fast.

Looks like your too slow booking. "GSXR Trace" above says Novice Fast is now full.

Unless someone buys my house between now and next week I'll have to pass.

Pity 'cause I'm itching for a track day
