Need info on Rossi

The Book you'll want to get is " Valentino Rossi - MotoGenius" by Mat Oxley, published by Haynes. I've got the second edition, it covers up right to where he announces he's leaving Honda for Yamaha, and his reasons, but before he'd actually ridden the Yamaha. Actually bought it off Trade Me along with a couple of Tamiya RCV211V kitset models.

Got it on Friday watched it twice already - fantastic! I got a second DVD too with it with an update on the 03/04 season. I could make a copy if anyone wants but I don't have access to a DVD burner?

Was great to see my old team mates on the tele too - I was even on it! (only in the background tho). I remember organising John Hopkin's first test with us - man that kid was hopeless then - missed flights, lost baggage, lost tickets, lost pass port, couldn't find hotels, late for this late for that SHEEEIT he caused me some headaches....must've sorted his stuff out now I guess.

I reckon Burgess's 80/20 (ie a fast performance is 80% rider and 20% bike) theory is more like 60/40 since the 4 smoke came along though.

Slightly OT That Guy - Any chance of you doing a write up of you time associated with MotoGP. Ie the lead up to you being there, the why's how's etc, maybe some funny or interesting stories from your time there, and if it's not too personal and you feel like sharing, why you're no longer involved. I'm sure there are others who'd be just as interested in hearing as I am.
