I should have mentioned I will be taking part in the protest because I disagree with the new laws. I know a few bikers are joining in.
"Boy racers" get a bad rep but they don't all break the law its a minority that ruin it for all the others.

I had to laugh when I read "the protest was set for last Friday but was postponed because of rain". Hahaha, what pussies; and they're ensconced in a nice warm metal cocoon!

As long as they stick to keeping it peaceful and not endangering people then why not? Maybe it could be a chance to let the general public see they're not all dickheads. On the other hand what's the betting that rent-a-mob will be there amongst them and won't be able to help but cause trouble.

Will be interesting to see how it pans out.

Sorry but that is bollocks! The minority are the ones that don't break the law not the other way around. The ones that don't break the law should have nothing to worry about!

By doing what? This is not a protest against the noisy big bore law! Its a protest on the law that infringes on peoples freedoms.

unfortunately the NZPF are unable to make that distinction, so all are tarred with the same brush

Under the proposals put up by Police Minister Judith Collins, authorities will have more power to seize and, as a last resort, crush the cars of boy racers on their third street-racing offence within four years.
And "cruzing"? Hah what a joke
