WTB - XR400 rear shock and fork springs

    HI,

I am hunting for rear shock, any year Honda XR400 will work and can be needing a rebuild.
    My shock body is stuffed.

Also front fork springs if newer than 2000 model as they are only soft compared with my 1996 ones which are crazy soft.

    Cheers
    Gerald

    xr 400 front springs

Hi, I have some .45 rate eibach front springs that have only been on 2 trail rides... Your xr400 has .38 rate. What weight are you. I have a KDX200 which I put heavier front springs in, however I ordered some off the dealer in Rotorua and they are a tad too hard for the KDX. I should have got .42 , but the xr400 needs stronger springs than the KDX (standard kdx rate is .35). I paid $280 for them, but wouldnt expect that much.
