When we thought about the matter carefully we were driven to the conclusion that none of the Judges in Hamilton would wear the argument that the arches of the bridge were not part of the road. The defination of a road in the Land Transport Act is extremely wide. The case law referrs to to a motorcyclist who road his machine on an esculator. All things considered I am happy with the result.

For someone who works in the law, your spelling is atrocious. A valid word (but with a different meaning) used instead of the 'right' word, in some cases, could entirely alter the meaning of some very important piece of legal paper.
