The saying doesn't work if you change it for an NZ coin; Because quarters were the shiniest of coins - the squirrels can't resist pinching them. The saying compares the small mindedness of squirrel who can't resist a shiny quarter to the small minded way you and your mate couldn't resist retaliating when I suggested Triboy rides slow??

I'll try being nicer if you'll try being smarter.

Er - you didn't have to explain it, I am quite familiar with the saying.
However, the fact that you did explain it, and continue with your whole pseudo clever shtick says a lot about you.

As for Triboy being slow (and I have to say, he seems to get along alright from what I've seen) - your logic is flawed. Why does his speed on a motorcycle disqualify him from having an opinion on this subject, particularly as the ride in question was a slow one?

You obviously didn't understand it - and I figured I best keep things simple for you. As you perviously indicated you need things spelt out correctly for you as you have trouble with the common vernacular used on KB

sheesh your thick dude, or can't you be bothered to read! Tell me - were you on that ride to know if it was either fast or slow?
My point in saying he rode slow was not to insult but to make the comparison of his preferred pace, my comfortable pace and Carvers pace - that although we all ride at a different pace I don't think it reflects or has any bearing on our ability to ride
I knew the road better than he did he, on that ride, on that road. Carver seems to know his limits - or at lest I hope he does

If you don't understand simple conversations you can't be too bright
So a better quote that is perhaps more apt for NZ
If I throw a stick, will you leave?

The only person responding to stimuli, canine wise, is you.
But you are starting to become repetitive (and your explanation for your originally post. downright boring). Time to unsubscribe, I think.

best you do - if you can't take it, don't start it

it's not worth you getting all upset about, it's only KB, most of us just come on here for a laugh and realise it's not the real world.

Talking about real world, i got some riding to do

These guys are from Brisbane. My son saw their act at a Two Day Trail Ride. One did a back flip off a 10 metre run up ramp and land on to the top of a car, FFS. And on a Trials Bike..........

    Mmm. Schoolgirls...
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.
