The vehicle towing the trailer stops at the top of the harbour bridge. Lowers back end of ramp. You fly up ramp, over the edge, count three then pull the ripcord. Float down to waiting boat.

Hell's teeth. If you can arrange the ramp, I'd do the jump.

I just thought about it. You could use the ramp on any basic towie's truck. You just have to get the approach angle right. In fact the truck would hardly have to slow down.

Teehee. The prevailing SW wind says you'll need to go off the East side (North to South lanes)
or risk getting tangled on the bridge.

Cameras with good lenses. Two at Westhaven. One on the pick-up boat, one on Nothcote Point (East side). At least one on the truck/ramp unit to record the look on following drivers faces. One helmet cam.

it is a lot of work, how high is the drop?

120 feet at high tide from surface of water to under side of lowest point at the centre of the bridge.For some it's a long way down for others it's the last drop.
So if you add approximately 3 stories of superstructure and road surface anfd then the height of the ramp you'd be leaving at an approx altitude of about 160 feet.
