Fuck me. Got the computer back they tell me the keyboard is buggered on those 2 keys. So i buy another keyboard and plug that in to usb port. All good except still the same problem!

So that means it is not the keys at all but some sort of set up/software thing! How do I reset the keys etc to correct standard???

It always keeps me amused when staff come into work asking me If what they were told really meant anything, Tis amazing some of the stuff sales people will try if they think the people there selling to have little knowledge. The number of times I've heard people being sold new hard disks to fix a simple windows software error must be nearing triple figures.
