    It always keeps me amused when staff come into work asking me If what they were told really meant anything, Tis amazing some of the stuff sales people will try if they think the people there selling to have little knowledge. The number of times I've heard people being sold new hard disks to fix a simple windows software error must be nearing triple figures.
