    hey parsnip- i ride mine everyday. i even make up errands to do to go for rides, and go via scenic drive usually...- i think it's cool you back riding again- back on ze horse. your bike is pretty snappy you must wanna ride it every oppertinity. anyway you are right to think of hazards when you ride. auckland is just one big hazard full stop... take the double bed matress set that flew off someone's roof on the norther western in front of me last week

    Had a Dog igloo (plastic dog house thing) fall off a van in front of me once.

    Didn't hit it though. Swerved and nearly lost the back end but saved it. Did what Wolf said in another thread, pulled over and tried to light a smoke but couldnt hold the lighter still.
