Never been on these rides...love to....Not for learner riders (been around on the saddle for a heck of lot longer) but how fast do you guys go, normally?
Well, in fairness, I'd have to say that this ride first needs someone to actually go on it. Of late things have been very quiet all around.
T^his thread/ride is an off shoot of the SATNR aka South Auckland Thursday Night Ride, we found many of us were no longer able to get to Thursday evening rides so ol Din dream'nt up this ride. It went OK for a while but has tapered off dramatically over winter.
All SATNR/SARSAR's are conducted with a lead rider and a TEC ( Tail End Charlie)so no one gets lost or left behind, it is strictly a "ride your own ride" situation, no one is encouraged to go faster than they are comfortable with, it's been very successful so far in respect of offs etc being very few and far between.
Keep an eye out here for any of the likely lad posting up an actual ride date.
Also start watching out for the SATNR ride to be reactivated in the not to distant future.
