i was looking forward to being back on the long track because of the fast corners on it.
Qualifying
For some reason i couldn't get into it and put in a good lap but still got 8th in the ss150s with a best lap of 2.33.365. i had alex right next to me and once i saw the times my aim was to beat him.
Race 1
the bike bogged a bit in first gear but was still in a good position going into turn 1. i was having a bit of a battle with daniel and going into turn 1 on lap 3 i saw someone out of the corner of my eye and was it was malcom. there was a bit of a battle between the 3 of us before i got a gap on the last lap and finished 6th with a best lap of 2.27.812.
Race 2
again the bike bogged off the start but still rounded turn 1 towards the front of the pack. i saw i was closing on alex so i went harder passing him going into dunlop before screwing up at the first hairpin and letting him back passed after the fuel light came on and distracted me on lap 4. i passed him back on the exit the tight haipin. i finished 4th with a best time of 2.27.014.
I can't wait until round 5 when the south islanders come up
