Oh, here goes.....100 days off the Piss

Yes indeed my lovelies,

As part of the training for the Oxfam Trailwalk (see our team page on http://www.oxfam.org.nz/events/teams...24&teamid=3750) I am going off the piss for 100 days starting midnight this Sunday.

That works out to a day per km that me and the team will be walking in April 2010. Turns out that the next time I can enjoy a cold one will be around the 9th December 2009.......blimey.....

Hopefully by then there will be a slightly slimmer and fitter Fatt Max so that I can wobble my way through 100km's.

I cant remember that last time I had a drink? may have back in early July? two months ago. May have had one or two RTDs in between but other than that, nothing. Non drinking is easy.

I feel you're struggle man trying to do the same myself but on other stuff, I find its better to live a good clean life, none of those worries you get when living a party life. Its going to be a narrow road but walk it!

I know the feeling. The Bride-to-be and I are on a final health kick to the wedding day (19th December for those who want to send gifts)
