One stop shop for cat removal + bike tuning in Wellington?

I have an R6 and love it to bits, it's a great bike but I know there is a lot more potential locked away in there. I think the bike has got all the power it will ever need but I would love to lighten it by a few kg... I believe this would best be achieved by removing the pig of a catalytic converter stuck underneath it and replacing it with a straight pipe.

Now, I know there are issues that arise once this has been done. Something about an oxygen sensor that comes after the cat. Once the cat is gone the sensor will be fooled into thinking the bike is running too rich and the ecu therefore makes it run too lean. Therefore the bike needs to be tuned once the cat has gone.

Is there someone in or near Wellington who could do the cat removal and tuning in one go? Maybe someone who preps bikes for racing? Someone out there must have done this....
