That's saying a lot, considering it was his first time on the bike, as well as it being his first time on the track! He has always had a quiet confident air about him. Because of this, we have tried to make the most of opportunities that come along. We owned a jetboat for a while, and he could drive that fairly proficiently. He's had a go at Scuba Diving, water skiing and knee boarding. As regards bikes, his time on the track with Pocket Bikes probably helps some...

Thank you dpex for your loaner bike and thank you to all the instructors that assisted him on the day. He's already talking about 'the next time'...

Oh, as an aside, his 250 sold today, so I guess he's in the market for another bike...

The only negative from all this was in receiving an 'infraction' notice for posting the lead comment in the wrong forum!!!

Yup. Apparently I infracted by posting an article about a track day in the meetings and events section. 2 demerit points!!!

The mean spirited individual who infracted me goes by the nick Nasty. Fairly apt nick, I would have thought.

I was going to be a celebrity shag, but then I got old. Bugger!
