Lets face it - we're fortunate to not be part of the 1.4 billion, even the poorest of us in this country are wealthy compared to the vast majority.
Not that we should feel guilty or anything but; what if you could actually help without being harassed for money, with out to much of an effort you can make a huge difference to their lives.
