I also follow the principle, if I put my helmet on, I also do it up.

I use this principle for the front and back doors at home too - if I shut it, I lock it. That way I never have to check them.

In a similar vein, my Dad gave me some good advice when I learned to drive a car: Always lock your door WITH the key, then you'll never lock your keys in the car (this was before the days of keyless locking). (thanks, Dad).

    • Write a note and stick it on your bike.
    • Or get some paper and write out 100 times "I must remember to do up my helmet"
    • Or start a thread on Kiwibiker
    Motorbike only search
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - CRC AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE CRC. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
