    Old People - It's Helen Clark's fault

Bring back regular testing of OAPs. Bring back Logan's Run.

The thing that I've noticed over the years is that OAP's literally don't care who they hurt. Only their stuff is important. Yes, that is a general sweeping statement, but even when they get to court, nobody spanks them for their mistakes and they never say sorry. They don't pay fines or restitution either. They just die and leave it up to you to claim it from their estate knowing full well the expense and hassle isn't worth it for the miniscule fine that was handed out.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Pretty sweeping statements there all right Jim but I have to agree with your sentiments!

I think if I remember, Logan's run kicked in at about your own age, so what's that tell you!

OAP's should be required to maintain a practicing motorcycle licence as a prerequisite for their car licences!

Actually, it should be a prerequisite for "all" drivers licences! (IMHO)

"Police are still considering whether to lay charges." What the f**k is there to think about?

30 years old actually, so I'd be long dead.

They moved your cottage mate. I'm going to get down there and get some pictures later today.

NO! Don't go in there! You don't have to die! No one has to die at 30! You could live! LIVE! Live, and grow old! I've seen it! She's seen it!

My dads 88. He has days when hes fine to drive and days where he isn't. Problem is, he is still in the family home and apart from an uber expensive taxi, there are no other options to go out and get supplies etc. Half the family life away from the home town so its not always possible to get family support.

Logans run does exist except its a system of passive neglect and economic beggary rather than active regeneration.

However - even at 88 Bertie still has the high sense of moral and social responsibility common to his generation and he would be utterly distraught had he been responible for this. Given the irresponsibility of motorcyclists in many cases, I think this post is just a little ironic...
