    Quasimoto Leathers

Got my Estremo Race Pants today from Quasimoto (www.quasimoto.co.nz). They were delivered really quick. Was amazed at the quality of these pants. They look the part too for those of you that feel thats important. I looked at Alpinestars too but I personally think these look and feel better. I haven't had them long enough to fully test them out but went out on the bike earlier and felt very comfortable in them. The bottom of the leg is completely protected with a full length tibia protector and a large removable knee slider. There is also a large shaped knee protector and ribbed leather over the knee making it easy to bend your leg when on the bike. If you think about ordering them, listen to the guys advice on getting one size bigger than you are. Mine fit perfectly in a 36 and I'm usually a 34. The quality of the leather is really good and they smelt lovely when I took them out the packet. For only $399 dollars they are nearly half the price of Alpines and easily as good in my opinion. They have also changed the big white logo on the leg now to a dark red and black one which looks cool. Hopefully they will update their site with a new image showing the newer logo. I would highly recommend these pants.

    Yep.

I almost stole a new pair of gloves off him recently when he was doing a KB run-out on them as they were so cheap.

I wore them for the first time on Saturday (it was warm in Christchurch ) and man o man that's nice leather. Very soft.

In fact I wonder if they are made by a Jewish Rabbi for Quasi, as the leather is so soft I suspect it may actually be lots of little foreskins sewn together.

My jacket has a faulty lining. But then he sold it(I stole it)to me for $150.Sold as a second because of this, outer is fine, saved $200 so bloody good buy for the cost. And a pair of leather trou for $75.00,not up to his usual quality as a sample maybe, but hell they're good for me.Good gear and excellent guys(can't forget the boss)to deal with.

I'm gonna jump in on this one and also say that my Estremo pants arrived today.. some of the most amazing delivery ever!!! And awesome.. YES THEY ARE!! I went for the 32" and I agree with above, the 34" would have been slightly better, but you know what, I got them at an amazing price!! And I'm trying to lose some winter weight anyway!!

    Happy?? Yes.. excessively!! Thanks Quasi!!!

As pleased as I am with mine, now I have had time to really test them out I will say I have one problem. When Im trying to get my knee out on corners, I can't as the knee pad restricts my movement so much I can stick my leg out. Removing it would help but I want to keep the protection.

Hi dude, are you saying the Knee slider restricts your movement? or the Knee Armour?
Im thinking something else aint right here, you in Hamilton? if so come see me so I can sought it, Im thinking possibly the riding style might be an issue as this is a first with us i.e never heard that one before.
The pants have heaps of stretch panels in them so restriction in the pants is unlikely.

Anyway come see me so we can get it right for you, be something simple
