Rain water from my house presently accumulates in a concrete cylinder and automatically pumps up to the street (house is on a slope). My new garage is further down behind the house and I'm obliged to pump gutter water from that up to the street too.

I think it'd make sense to put in another collector with another pump and send the water up to the original one. However, I don't really know what hardware I shoud be looking for or the specification of pipe etc. that'll be required.

Any drain layers online here that might be able to offer some advice?
