As Tony said, it's not an option. Once you've sold your soul to the oil and gas gods there's no such thing as annual leave.
Being able to make 4 outta 5 rounds is a miracle as far as I'm concerned, the tight one is gonna be Teretonga, but it's still doable so it's all good.
