Okey Dokey,at the Feilding Riders Meeting in July,there was an idea about a cruise to Wairoa.
Kiwikat and myself have sussed out ideas for this.

Saturday 24th leave from Feilding at 9.00-9.30am(other destinations ok)cruise to Havelock Nth for lunch.Te Mata peak detour.
Arrive Wairoa around 4.00pm.

Sunday 25th cruise to lake Tangimoana and back,explore area,pretty much open to suggestions when there.

Monday 26th head home.Keeping to scenic routes where we can,time is not an issue,a nice lazy cruisey weekend.

I am trying to contact the people with accomodation to get idea of how many they can sleep,apparently they have shearers quarters as well,also tents can be taken.Idea is bbq tea Saturday which would be byo.

Contacted hosts tonight,they have room for 6-8 inside,they have airbed for lounge,and said they have big lounge for airbeds.We can put up tents as well,they have house at Mahia beach but there is a fishing event that weekend and this house maybe booked for his mates.So we need numbers a about 10days before hand.

Only down side is she is having a few problems with blood cell count after her surgery,supposed to go into hospital next week to rectify.If she hasn't recovered we'll have to flag it,but thy're hopefull all will be ok by then.
