Mine's cracked in a major way (looks like it has been for some time -- maybe that's why it overheated).

Have a new cylinder head now. Tell you what, a big chunk of cast iron like that strapped to your pillion seat does strange things to the handling of your 250RS. Cross winds over the Harbour Bridge. Much worse than a pillion for some reason.
