Hi there Ricksta, welcome to the forum (from another new member).
I havn't been riding long myself and have recently had a break from it after I broke the bike, but in the two years I was riding managed to cover just under 40k kms. If you can get to the south island I highly recommend arthurs/lewis pass for a bit of fun
I tried 91, 96 and 98 in my GSX250 and never noticed any difference, so stuck with the 91 because of the price, and because I was told that it burns cleaner.

The people on here seem to be very nice and have a wealth of information.

Hope all goes well with the bike!

    - Brent

East Auckland, but then again, dealing with couriers, govt, etc they all say something different. I reckon we are on the eastern side of the city so we are east.

I'm actually in Bucklands Beach, but some don't know we exist, so I make it easy. Only 5 min away anyway.

Welcome aboard the site Ricksta. If it works on 91 then use it!

    Welcome to the forum.

In my opinion running 91 or 96 doesn't make much of a difference. The difference it makes though is price. I run 91 in my CBR250RR and it runs fine.

It sure is...I filled up the cage ('96 Mitsi Galant) the other day with 96 and it cost me $75!!! I think I'm really starting to hate cars!
