Google Ventura.....also known as Dold Industries,Hamiltom I think....also do packracks.
only problem I had with them is that they're made from Perspex not Polycarbonate so they can crack if hit with a stone...still alot cheaper than new lights though.

As per puddytat's post - readily available through your local dealer, though they'll probably have to order it in for you as not many shops seem to stock them.
Good thing is they are locally made (in Hamilton) and I think they may have changed the material they make them out of as the later ones I've had seem less brittle.

I can recommend these ventura covers. Saved me heaps of cash! On to my 2nd one on Falco. 1st one bit the dust in a small accident but did what is was designed to do.

The only people that make tinted ones that I know of is Powerbronze in the UK (http://www.powerbronze.co.uk/shop/Pr...8&MC_ID=818270) still held on with 3M velcro as it's probably the only practical/cost effective way of doing it over a broad range of bikes.
Pretty sure they are technically illegal in NZ but you'll probably get away with it (just remove them at WOF time!)

Wouldnt they affect the usefulness of your lights?

Yes. Even a clear headlight protector has a small effect on light output, obviously this gets worse if it's dirty or scratched. Tinted headlight guards are for looks only and definitely daylight use (unless you have night vision goggles....)

For night riding ive always found it far easier just to wear a tinted visor.

Super Cheap sell a self adhesive clear film that you can cut to shape and apply to your headlight. They have a smaller pack for motorcycles as well.

Not a bad price if I remember.
