I think its cool.

Neville might be a (big) bit mad using it on the motorway, and a bloody twat for blocking peoples lane off the motorway, but good on him.

Personally, I tend to the other end of the spectrum, I am way more comfortable risking my life in a 500H.P. V8 than a 0.06 H.P. HPV, but each to his own.
