    I've got a spare, if you're willing to pick all the dirt and stones and grass out of the scratches in the top.

    On second thoughts, probably not the best helmet to be using.

    Believe Rob has bought a new pillion helmet, so should be 2 spares floating around (i'll have 3 out i think)

    The $2 shops are great for that sort of stuff. I picked up some packs of pink bows - 10 per pack - you just pull the ribbon and it transforms itself into a bow. Fabulous!

    So at the moment my leg hurts too much to ride (changing gear/putting foot down when stopped). I just hope it gets better by sunday!! I have some prescribed painkillers but side effects include drowsiness which is not ideal when riding a bike.
